ARCNA Hospitality Room
SHOW ME HOW TO LIVE
ALL of us on the Hospitality Committee wish to THANK YOU and your home group for being of service to ARCNA XXVII and your fellow addicts at the convention.
We wanted to remind your home group of their time slot and provide you with some additional information.
The current schedule for the Hospitality Suite can be found on the ARCNA XXVII website.
If your group wishes to bring snacks or goodies that go beyond "finger foods," please be sure and bring along all serving utensils and the appropriate plates, bowls, silverware, etc.
Below are the suggested tasks for home group sponsors of the Hospitality Suite:
- Greet and welcome all to the room... make them feel invited and welcomed
- Watch over food table - keep it tidy and sanitary
- Make ice tea, coffee and lemonade as needed
- Keep utensils, cups and napkins available
- Help keep the room in good condition - wipe up spills, empty trash cans etc.
- Encourage the food and drinks to be consumed in the room (if possible)
- If there are problems or difficulties with any guests, you run out of supplies, have questions, please contact a member of the Host committee:
