Phoenix Area Service Committee (PASC) Postions:

H&I Vice Chair
Please attend the area meeting to claim this position.

Helpline Committee
Secretary, Rollover operators for Tues - Friday, and 2 volunteers for the Monday 6am to 12pm shift are needed now. Please attend the area meeting to claim one of these positions.



South Central Area Service Committee Postions (SCASC):

Hospitals and Institutions (H&I) Committee Members
Right now there are only 5 people on the committee and 30 prison units to provide service to. Please attend the area meeting to claim this position.



West Valley Area Postions (WVASC): (Attend the area meeting to claim one)

Activities:
Raffle conductor and volunteers to help set up and teardown the dances. Please attend thecommittee meeting (see previouspage) or show up at the dance.Cleantime: none to help clean.

H & I: Chairs and co-chairs formeetings in jails and institutions,specifically for the Towers jail, andTuesdays at 7pm at ThunderbirdHospital. Will provide training. Pleaseattend the committee meeting.

Literature: One volunteer. Please attendthe committee meeting.

Public Relations: Volunteers to givepresentations to the public. Please attend the committee meeting . Cleantime: Six months tomake presentations.

Outreach: Vice-chair, treasurer andvolunteers. Please attend the committeemeeting. Cleantime:One year for vice-chair and treasurer;none to be on the committee.


Vice-chairperson
Requirements:
a. One (1) year experience at the area level.
b. A minimum of three (3) years clean time.
c. Working knowledge of the Twelve Steps, Twelve Traditions and Twelve Concepts.
d. Have knowledge of Consensus Based Decision Making.

Secretary and Alt. Secretary
Requirements:
a. One (1) year experience at the area level.
b. A minimum of one (1) year clean time.
c. Working knowledge of the Twelve Steps, Twelve Traditions and Twelve Concepts.
d. Have some secretarial skills and access to a computer.
e. Have knowledge of Consensus Based Decision Making.

Policies and Procedures Administrator (P&P)
Requirements:
a. One (1) year experience at the area level.
b. A minimum of two (2) years clean time.
c. Working knowledge of the Twelve Steps, Twelve Traditions and Twelve Concepts and Consensus Based Decision Making.


Regional Committee Member (RCM 2)
Requirements:
a. Two (2) year experience at the area level.
b. A minimum of two (2) years clean time
c. Working knowledge of the Twelve Steps, Twelve Traditions and Concepts.
d. Have knowledge of Consensus Based Decision Making.


Newsletter Vice-Chair
Requirements:
a. Two years clean time
b. Knowledge and experience at WVASC
c. Working knowledge of the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of NA

Newsletter Editor
Requirements:
a. Two years clean time
b. Knowledge and experience at WVASC
c. Working knowledge of the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of NA
d. Access to a computer

Newsletter Proof Readers
Requirements:
a. 90 days clean time
